SCHEDULE OF CONDITION SURVEYS
conducting a detailed survey of a building or structure that is adjacent to a proposed building project. The survey records the current condition of the building, including any cracks or defects, and this information is used to establish a “schedule of condition” that can be used as a reference if any damage occurs as a result of the proposed building project.
PARTY WALL DISPUTES RESOLUTION
Resolving disputes that may arise between neighbours regarding Party Wall Act related matters. This can include disputes over the notice served, the appointment of surveyors, the cost of works, or any other issue that may arise.
This can be done through negotiation, mediation or in some cases through the court system.
PARTY WALL SURVEYS
Conducting a survey of a building or structure that is adjacent to a proposed building project, to ensure that the proposed project complies with the Party Wall Act.
The survey includes an assessment of the condition of the building, and any potential impact of the proposed project on the building.
PARTY WALL AWARDS
drafting and issuing a legally binding document, called a Party Wall Award, that sets out the rights and responsibilities of the building owner and the owners of adjacent properties.
The award will detail the work that can be carried out, the time frame for the work and any other relevant conditions.
